3 months break (March 1 to May 30, 2026). Couple with 10 mo old baby

Option 1-
6 weeks in Europe, rent a car (France, Spain Portugal, Belgium- not all but some route), 2-4 weeks in India at home, 6 weeks back in Europe!

Option 2-
6 weeks back in NZ or Bali..

Option 3- no India. Plan separately. 3 months non stop in Europe. (Buy a car, and plan some itinerary- include easy Europe)

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date.
