I just want to reaffirm that any potentially controversial posts unrelated to the practice of law will be reported and removed, and repeat (or egregious) offenders will be (temporarily or permanently) banned from this bowl.

Has anyone gone to HR due to an unprofessional manager? What was the situation and what did HR actually do?

Almost midnight here and I'm cleaning my medicine cabinet so I can reboot having a regular skin-care routine. Second year associate here who recently switched from litigation to corporate law. I am absolutely swamped while simultaneously having no idea what I’m doing ever and I’m feeling so burnt out. I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.
