Hi All, can anyone tell how the year end appraisal process works in Pwc? This is my first year here. In the first snapshot that i submitted i was put for all under "Doing what's expected and doing it well"

However, in the second snapshot results i was put for some questions under "Inconsitently Meeting expectations". The guy from whom i took work transition had created a negative impression before my reviewer and due to that this happened

Any guidance will be helpful.
