Did anyone recently attended an interview for AA? I got a call from ANSR and was asked to attend for 1st round of interview done by flocareer. My interview experience is horrible. It felt like the guy that interviewed me doesn’t know anything about technology. It felt like they hired a call centre guy and gave him a question paper to ask questions. Does anyone has similar experience with flocareer?

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall.
