For the Management Consultant (Level 9) position Marktech domain with 5.5 years of relevant post-MBA experience, I would like to understand what the typical fixed and variable pay structure is at this level. I have currently been offered 20 LPA, which feels below market benchmarks for this role.

Additionally, it has been over a weeks since document submission for BGV by when can I expect my offer letter?

What is the one thing you would change about your firm if you could?

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? And how should the negotiation start? Through phone calls or emails? Didn’t use recruiter for this position, so I don’t know what is the process here.

My joining date is Feb 1. When I will be eligible for the variable pay mentioned in the offer letter?

24 yr old, 110k TC, maxing out Roth IRA and Roth 401k, no debt or large expenses. Also have ~35k sitting in a bank account. What should I do with that money?? Am I better just sitting on it for a while then watching it shrivel up in my brokerage account?

Is it fair to say once you’re an LS consultant you can always fall back to a tier 2,3 firm? For context I’m looking to go from consulting to a hospital implementation role.

I keep forgetting to ask about this but I noticed ever since my hysterectomy years ago I have arthritis (I think) in my fingers. Basically I can’t open things that I easily could before like jars, caps, and even ziploc bags. Has anyone else experienced this?
