Got an offer letter from Deloitte India for 10.5 LPA for Consultant role. I have 3 year & 10 months of experience. I asked them to increase my fixed to 15 LPA as I have an offer from a startup for 18.5 LPA. they have rejected the request :). How can I negotiate now or should I look for other opportunities while I'm on notice period?

Have a really good relationship with current company, but got an amazing offer and very likely gonna leave (signed the offer, waiting for all the background checks to come back). How do you tell your boss you are leaving the company (if boss is not a dick lol) and not ruin relationship?

Current offer from Deloitte: 16 fixed
Offer from another MNC: 18.9 fixed

Will Deloitte India be able to match the offer if I renegotiate?

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

To clear few misconceptions
1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
