How do you organize yourselves to stay afloat when you're basically responsible for running everything across 3/4/5 projects, plus proposals and other random tasks that come left and right from client who want everything last week, let alone having to handle all the slack created by the abysmal performance of your "support team" (we basically have a support Team that helps us deal with support teams...)
I'm going thru hell right now, not far from a nervous breakdown tbh
