Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Are there any books or classes about convincing people that have irrational arguments? Trying to figure out how to frame conversations that lead to my conclusions that aren't based in logic and fact.

Does anyone have tips for the structured interview process? I’ve done my research but am not getting past the first round. My credentials must be acceptable if I’m being invited to interview at all. Since post-interview feedback isn’t provided, I’m sort of grasping at straws here!
