Hi All, I am having almost 4 years experience in SAP MM and I know ABAP debugging and proper development also. Basically I am a techno functional. I am SAP certified also in both MM and ABAP. But because of late switch and poor negotiation, my current fixed is 6.5 LPA in Accenture. I have joined Accenture recently only in February. If I plan my switch around in Nov-Dec in order to make sure I join my future org in February after completion of 1 year with Accenture, How much can I ask?

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. So any idea if this scenario can happen? Anyone got to know project details before joining? Please share ur views.
