I am in talks with HR and partner of London office of EY UK regarding a permanent job prospect. They have confirmed their interest of me joining their team asap. Currently, i work with EY GDS. Do I need to take care of the Visa process or the london team would get these done for me ?

What are the things i would he needing to do in visa process? I guess... scheduling the interview slot, etc. ?

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. Does internal transfer happen in EY GDS service line? I am in International Tax and not liking it here just within a couple of months of joining. It’s a lot of back office work that is very frustrating and stressful. Have experience of Individual tax (US) for a little over 2 years and an EA. Also, does the pay scale vary?
