I am invited to the first interview at Novo Nordisk and it will be on Teams for 30 minutes. I was surprised that it would be directly with the hiring manager. Could you please give some advice on what questions to expect? would it be technical, situations? or more to know my personality? how much they will dig deep into my experience?

I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. Was asked for a system design follow up interview with Meta, any advice? What conclusions folks draw when called for a follow-up?

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?
