Hi All, i attended interview in Infosys 10 days back. The status in portal is Attend Interview. When i checked today Attend Interview is in green and again status updated with Attend Interview. I can see multiple Attend Interview status in the portal. Can someone please help should i need to attend interview again ?

When asked,do you disclose your current rate in an interview? Are you required to provide evidence? What is the norm? Thanks!!!

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise.
