I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.

Not sure about company work culture and other details. Now I got an offer from wipro for 18LPA(17 fixed + 1lakh variable). And there is a offer from Trane Technologies for 16LPA. So not sure to choose between 16LPA product based company or 18LPA service based company. Help me here.
