Hello all, I need one advice.
I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.
The thing is that I don't really enjoy working in SAP. It was handed over to me when I joined my current WITCH company. Now I have decided to switch to Salesforce tech. For which I have already finished the Admin beginner part.(while staying in NP)

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
