Hi All, I have 3 years of work experience as a Functional Business Analyst in a Consulting firm. I'm planning to move towards fintech as a BA but I don't have financial knowledge. Please advice if any certifications or courses that would help me upskill my financial knowledge.

I would like some advice on what path to take after graduating as an electrical engineer, like what job titles are good to have as a stepping stone to advance my career, Please feel free to advise based on your experiences. Also any future certification recommendations will be really helpful.

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?

There hasn’t been any talks about extending my contract, so I am getting very nervous about potentially being out of work in July.
