Hi All, I have applied H1B through multiple consultancy and i got selected. In current year if we select any one consultancy we can apply petition any one of the consultancy for better offer. Is it true? I have so many confusion. Then consultancy will provide salary in after enter into US or they will provide salary after client billable only?

Does anyone have a tool/ site that calculates what the offer would need to be to leave a current role, all things considered? Of course, it’s anything more than you’re making now, but I’m looking for something that accounts for LTE, the hassle, risk, etc.
