Now they want to hire me back but as my status in workday is rejected they are checking with recruitment team for any other options to help me out.. could you please help me out if you came across any such situation or have any idea how to proceed?

I am in my second year as a attorney, I was a FL paralegal before law school and would eventually like to end up there again. I am in a very small rural area, pretty much only solos, and no FL solos appear to be hiring/expanding at this time.

Do you think experience as a DA or PD would be valuable, with my eye toward a future in FL? Both for the skills gained, and/or as a resume piece?
