I have BA and program manager experience of 9 years and recently working on sailpoint implementation consultant for past 3 yrs. I want to know should I move to Sailpoint IIQ technical side or gain experience in some technology or move to managerial roles.
I am confused as I know BA experience has limited growth opportunities going ahead in terms of CTC.

Pls help me in sharing experiences on path I should take?

I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Is commute from herndon(near frying pan road) to ft Belvoir or mead or crystal city or DC really bad? I have some offers but from Google maps it says up to 50 mins one way... not sure if it's too much... but the pay is decent

I finally got a raise (after 10 years) from 45k to 50k with less than 10k in incentives while others who are just starting at lower positions make more than me..I want to bring this up but don’t want to come off in a bad way considering they finally gave me a raise this year.

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. I'm not sure where I should join, any suggestions?
