ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

My advise would be accept the offer and send follow up emails.... They will surely extend... They did it for me and for others as well as per my knowledge. So it won't be any issue but make sure to accept the offer!

I was told by the HR that he will release the offer with a joining date from one month of my resignation date and later that date will be changed. Seems like this is the norm. Don't worry, they will change the date for you.
They will change the date, don't worry. Just drop your HR a mail before accepting the offer.
Besides sometimes, due to delay in background the checks the offer postpones to the next Monday, so nothing to worry about. Just keep it in writing
