Can you please share some insights on what to expect in this round?

Will salary negotiation happen in this round?
What kind of base pay can I expect for the senior manager role in the Mumbai office?

I got an offer from X company with a 45% hike and my current company manager matched that offer instantly. Now company X offered me another 45% hike which is a total of 90%hike. Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Turns out the stock price at time of my hiring (which is what was used to calculate the number of shares over the three years) was the highest it’s ever been. Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
