I have complete 1 year in HSBC. I am currently working as a delivery manager. Due to burocracy and monotonous job, i am applying for IJP.
I want to inform my manager after I receive anything. The current eligibility for IJP is minimum 12 months. If I receive the offer via IJP, do i need to serve 60 days NP and I am a critical resource so will it create any implications if i inform my manager?
