I have joined IBM 4 years back and have total around 9 years of experience in automation testing, since then I am working with in client project. My current package is around 18.5L and I am at 7A band. Now, I am looking for promotion but recently manager got change. I want to know:
1. What are the chances of getting promotion here.
2. How much hike they usually offer on promotion.
3. I am doing trainings and anything specific I need to take care.

Joining IBM in December. under 30% tax-slab.
How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
