Hi All. I have received a verbal offer from GS. However, the offer was much lower than my expectations (18%). HCM mentioned that they will have to send final offer for some approvals and will get back after about 2 weeks.

Wondering if they will come back cuz I declined the original offer. Appreciate if someone could help me understand the general process and if there is anything to worry in my situation
