I have recently given an in-person interview at Barclays Pune for BA3 role on 25th Feb.
I completed all rounds and while HR discussion they said I'm selected and I'll receive an email from their portal for document submission.

Here I'm seeing a few posts related to hiring freeze.
So my question is, will I receive the offer letter? If yes, when should I expect the email?

What is the percentage of hike you get on getting promoted from senior consultant to principal consultant in pwc india. Will they do a market correction of your salary is low.

However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

Okay so, its been a while since I've been seeing this in Linkedin:
The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

Is that correct?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here
