As you have joined on 4 July, you are getting salary for 27 days. Other than that, there is no difference between your offer and salary stack. Keep in mind that after deducting Gratuity, PF contribution by employer, Quarterly variable pay, Health insurance, it is around 9.3 LPA. Hope it helps.

The monthly amount that will be credited to you will be deducting the below components.
Monthly sal = gross sal - medical - PF (emp) - PF (comp) - Gratuity - Variable pay* - Tax - insurance top up if availed - paretial insurance if availed - LTA if availed - Loan if availed.
As per the offer letter, you should get:
91667 - 600(medical) - 4400(pf emp) - 4400(pf comp) - 1947 (gratuity) - 6875 (variable pay*) - 292 (insurance top up) - 4788 ( paretial insurance) - 200 (prof tax) = Rs 68165.
*Variable pay will be credited quaterly.
As you joined on July 4th, company deducted a percentage from all components (basic, allowance etc) which is coming to 10283. So net credited = 68165 - 10283 + (reduced deduction due to less workung days) = Rs 58308.

I have opted for Sodexo but rhat is obly 2850 rhe difference looks to be more 24k+ thats should be that's what i was worried about
They have cutting the amount in wipro benefit plan and also in some other component ..wipro is cheap company among all the MNC.
What is Wipro Benefit plan ?
