My partner & I have been together for 7 years & don’t live together. Weekends are usually spend at his. I got sick over the weekend, testing negative. A couple days later, positive & i immediately left to my place to quarantine as I know he would have been more comfortable with that (we are both triple vaxxed). I can’t help but wonder how this bodes for marriage partnership as he was clearly concerned about falling sick. And he prefers a negative test to see each other. Is this future marriage?

One of my favorite things about working from an office is that my team has a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication—we have daily stand-ups and weekly meetings where everyone on the team gets together to talk about what everyone's working on. That's definitely made it easier to stay motivated throughout the week.

In my non scientific experience and survey women tend to analyze every word to understand why we've been ghosted. Particularly after some time of phone calls, texting, and having tentative plans to meet. Have just spent a weekend wallowing about the guy that's disappeared, and it was my bday to boot. Please give me insight into why, particularly asking we of this age who should know better. I can appreciate timing, life happens, and other better options--why not at least say so?

Just recently got accepted into UVA’s Masters in Business Analytics program and their guidance for computers doesn’t seem very helpful. Will be working with a variety of software, notably Jupiter notebook and Python, so want to make sure my computer can handle this. Currently have a 2015 MacBook Pro with 8gb of Ram, open to hearing if this will be sufficient or if I’ll need to upgrade and if so will be open to computer suggestions.

How to set boundaries if a partner is asking for something by Saturday or Sunday and you know it’s unnecessary? I don’t have any specific plans that this conflicts with but I want to set boundaries early on.

Hi Everyone, need some advice. The only reason why I took my current role is because my direct supervisor would be a black woman VP- I was obviously excited because I've never worked with another black woman before. She's been out on maternity leave since September and I've had to cover her role and do my job, which is two levels above mine and supervising someone above my level. Yesterday the SVP tells me they found a new VP (ww) who would be my new boss.
