Hi all, I joined Wipro on 27th September with a 1L joining bonus mentioned in the offer letter and will be credited post 1 month Joining.

Today I received my salary but didn't receive my JB. Checked with HR and he said that payroll cut off date is 20th of every month which is 20th oct. So from 27th sep - 20th Oct is not 1 month. He said in November salary you will receive it.

I am suspecting HR that he is lying. Please confirm if this is true?

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I have accepted a job offer and expect to start in two weeks. The new role is lateral in title. I requested multiple times for higher title as the job posting open to both AD and D level, but the company refused to offer at D level. I accepted the job anyway for expanding responsibilities.
While I am waiting for my start day, another company reached out and offers me a D role for same responsibility.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Is there any tax deductions for variable pay when its credited to every 3 months?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. My wife is worried about her job. She works as a vendor to wipro.her manager told her to send resume and docs to upload, they will transition her from vendor to wipro payroll.
