Hi all,
I joined Wipro today itself. They didn't inform me about client round. After completing onboarding, they told me there will be a client round . What my query is how difficult client round with uhg . And one more thing my wedding is there in coming few days. Will they approve my leaves . I need wfh for three months. Will it works? I already discussed with HR. They agree with that.
In case if I am not selected for client round. What will happen ?
Is client round virtual lr in person ?

Your YOE? Sounds like fresher. Client round will be virtual. You will be provided with enough opportunities if you fail client round. If not cleared even if provided opportunities, you will need to resign. You might get 3 months period. You need to connect with your reporting manager for wedding leaves.

The project you mentioned is having client approval for WFH till December.

About marriage part, I suggest its better to discuss this with your manager (or HR if not assigned to project yet) but do it as soon as possible because these kind of requests need approvals and it might take some time to get them approved. You will get 4-5 sick leaves and EL gets added on daily basis (0.57/day), these could be used during marriage.
