Hi all, i recently cleared 3 technical rounds for thermofisher data engineer role. The HR had called me the next day but I missed her call and she dint pick up when i called her back. Now her phone is coming as switched off or unreachable. Does someone know how long they take to get back in such cases ?

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful.
