I recently completed a PDM round at IBM and the discussion went very well. However, during the conversation, the manager mentioned they are looking for immediate joiners (March timeline).

My official notice period at my current organization is 90 days. During initial HR screening, I was informed that 90 days candidates are also being considered.

I wanted to understand:
• How strict is IBM typically regarding immediate joiners?
• Has anyone joined IBM with a 90-day notice recently?

IBM wants to retain me, manager told me told withdrawal the paper. But still didn't get the revised offer/promotion letter? So before withdrawal will not get yhe letter from ibm?
