Every new job takes a while to break in and you will miss the familiarity of your old job and your old team. Give it 6 months. It took me a whole year to adjust to my new job and now I love it
Going back to your old job is advisable only if you have a good relationship with your previous manager or employer. If you ended things badly then it might be impossible. Why not give it some time? If it's still the same, then start applying for new jobs.
It's good to know you have a great relationship with your old job. I really appreciate employers that welcome their employees back :). The mandatory work on weekdays without OT is a red flag.
We don't have enough info about the pros vs cons of each job. What are they, for the most part?
