I see Cognizant is currently hiring for SPE (Accounts Payable) and SME (Accounts Receivable) roles in Hyderabad. I have 1 year 4 months of experience as a Billing Associate at Electronics Mart India, where I managed invoice processing, reconciliations, AR/AP entries, and reporting in Excel.

Could anyone from Cognizant kindly guide me on these roles or help with a referral? I’d truly appreciate the support.

Fresher MBA here , got campus placed in ICICI Bank . The role was not made clear when they were taking us for campus placement. Now I think I am in very intense field work role as a RM mortgage. Should I stick in it for better future aspects or immediately switch due to huge field work.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
