If i edit my BOA today and make the HRA amount higher and LTA to 0. Will this higher HRA amount be considered for the past months as well (since april) in the form 16. Or it will be effective from this month onwards?

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. Recruiter said probably would not match my previous salary and I would have to justify why I want more that job offer. Has anyone ever experienced this?
