Hi all! I’m a consultant at MBB with 2 years of experience trying to make the move to Google/YouTube. Looking at both S&O/BizOps roles and Product Activation roles, along with a few others. I’ve been applying for the past few months (with a referral), tailoring my resume and CL to each position. I haven’t been able to make it past the resume screening stage, even when it seems that my experience aligns exactly with what they’re looking for in the qualifications. Any tips on getting past this?
