Hi all! I’m a consultant at MBB with 2 years of experience trying to make the move to Google/YouTube. Looking at both S&O/BizOps roles and Product Activation roles, along with a few others. I’ve been applying for the past few months (with a referral), tailoring my resume and CL to each position. I haven’t been able to make it past the resume screening stage, even when it seems that my experience aligns exactly with what they’re looking for in the qualifications. I'm non US citizen and thinking of moving back to EU. My plan is getting remote opportunities across the world and work as a freelancer. I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

GCA Questions Help

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
