I’m an SDET with close to 4 years of experience, currently at my second company (1 year in) with ~4k employees. My current package is around 15 LPA, but the role isn’t remote.

Pros:
• Good work environment
• Great work-life balance
Cons:
• Limited ownership, so less learning in automation. No stocks options.

I’m aiming to join a well-known brand. Meanwhile, I’ve received some calls with remote options with a 30% hike.
Should I wait or consider these? What factors should I evaluate?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

How much of a nest egg would you expect a couple to collectively need in order to retire at 40 and live relatively comfortable (not lavish)?

Is it better for a startup to outsource the recruitment to a recruitment agency? Or doing the the recruitment all by themselves?
