Hi all, I’m currently in the middle of interviews for the YouTube GTM Program Manager role (APAC) and not 100% sure on the leveling - JD said “2+ years experience,” so assuming L4, but would love to confirm. Additionally, had a surprise basic SQL test in round 2 (with only a weekend to prep) so decided to ask if anyone knows what round 3 & 4 usually might look like? Any and all insights appreciated!

Trying to explain billable hrs to hubs. I billed 160 this month, which he said “is only 40 hr weeks” (true) - but how many hrs do you figure you “work” or are in the office to bill 150?
