Hi all, I’m switching to Genpact for a Lead Consultant-Data Scientist role (4B band) with a CTC of 21.45 LPA (19.5 fixed + 10% variable) and a 50k joining bonus. My current CTC is 14 LPA and it's a startup . I’m curious about the AI/ML projects at Genpact, as well as the work culture and WLB. I have a recurring thought that really brings me down and I can’t seem to get past it.
Some days I feel I am pretty good at what I do (not a leadership role) but then I see leaders in my own organization that are great at what they do and I don’t believe that I could ever get to their level of competence. Then I think of all the people my age who are appear to be doing those things and wonder we what’s wrong with me.

Everyone on my team is beyond exhausted on a high burn project. Generally all good people but we have ridiculous turnaround time expectations and long hours. What to do?
