Hi all, I’m switching to Genpact for a Lead Consultant-Data Scientist role (4B band) with a CTC of 21.45 LPA (19.5 fixed + 10% variable) and a 50k joining bonus. My current CTC is 14 LPA and it's a startup . I’m curious about the AI/ML projects at Genpact, as well as the work culture and WLB.
