Hi, I've recently got selected to IBM GBS, and my husband working for PSU I am from Andhrapradesh and IBM location is Chennai. I've 1year baby. Due to this I can't relocate to Chennai. Is there anyway to handle this like working remotely from my home ? Will IBM allows me to do like that. ? IBM Infosys Tata Consultancy Accenture Amazon

Getting into the morning habit SUCKS. However. Push thru it. Force yourself to get up and get to the gym. After a few weeks I promise it will become habit. I am the opposite of a morning person. Don’t tempt me with a good time cause I will sleep til noon. But out of sheer determination and will power I forced morning workouts and by week 3, I realized I was just on autopilot getting up and going. I felt better during the day, slept better at night. My heart rate dropped 20bps over 6 months. It doesn’t matter what you do, just that you do it. You’re lapping everyone on the couch. Good luck!
That’s what I did when getting started using Beachbody of making it a routine. I started my habit by getting up and doing it early and before everything else in the day, even on the weekends. I’m in a place now where I don’t have to do it first thing of a morning but it is the best way to get in the habit for sure! Just remind yourself that the sooner you get it done, the sooner you can stop worrying about getting it done and get on with your day.
Same here. I've been looking at those streaming workout services (Beachbody or Daily Burn), wonder if anyone used either of those?
I use Bechbody on Demand and it’s actually been a game changer for me in getting my workouts in regularly. Before I started, I hadn’t been consistent in working out since high school but now I rarely miss a day. I can press play whenever and wherever. When I’m at home, I stream it through Apple TV but when I’m traveling, I stream it on my iPad in the hotel room. While it sounds silly for that, it’s helped me stay committed and finding the right workout that is 20-30 minutes and seeing results. When I work from home, I’ll actually just block off time on my calendar and step away in the middle of the day and workout.
switched to am workouts this last year after having a kid and it's been great. it's done before my day starts with work. I take a pre-work out that has a lot of caffiene and do cardio to start to get blood moving and warmed up then lift for 20-30 minutes. entire thing done in one hour. wife does the on demand beach body and I do my own workouts at.home.
I second the morning workout. Make it routine and you get used to it and it won’t be so hard. And there will never be anything that gets in the way because nothing is ever going on at 6am. The night workouts tend to get interrupted by social activities or unexpected late nights at work.
