Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

I went to their office , they have hired people majority with more than a decade of experience and u know about uncle mentality leads , they will be making any org an uncomfortable place
Better skip this company I joined with lot of enthusiasm assuming product based. Company. But it's worst ever organization ever saw in my career

On couple of platforms I heard engineering leads and managers having no sense of good office culture doing a lot of micro managment.
If you have a better offer go somewhere else.
Yeah, I agree to this. Even though there is NO work started, we are asked to come 4 days in a week which doesn’t make any sense. Also, they are scheduling in-person interview drives even on Saturdays and wanted us to come to office on weekend too. Looks like very old mentality of Age Old leads.
