Hi all - looking for some advice. I am currently a Consulting Manager at Accenture, with 7 years of work experience. Started as an A and worked way up to M. Currently making $165k + b. I want to pursue my MBA mostly because I want to continue to broaden my strategic thinking, expand my network, build business fluency beyond the client lens. I don’t feel comfortable doing a FT MBA and not working for 2 years so ideally looking to do part-time MBA in-person but the top b schools in Boston are FT.

About to file 485 in 3 months, is it worth it to do H1b stamping now or just wait??

People who don’t submit their time daily, how do you remember what you did and for how long? I’ve always just submitted each timer as soon as I finish a task—“call with x re y” really doesn’t take that long even if I’m busy, and if I don’t do it immediately I’ll forget all those little I did in the morning by the time I go to bed. No shade at all to those with different systems, just genuinely curious because I see a lot about catching up at month end on here and I have no idea how that works??

Hey folks - I have an inquiry on my credit for a gym membership I “failed to cancel”. I had previously left this gym as it closed during pandemic, and shifted to a new location. In doing so, I informed the gym I would be leaving. However, I recently checked my credit and saw that my membership had not been cancelled and had been sent to collections (prompting an inquiry and dropping my score).

Got promoted after submitting my application for R2.

Emailed the schools and some have replied saying I should update my resume and send to them.

I'm a little at a loss of what to add to my resume. As most of you know in consulting we don't get a bunch of new responsibilities the second we get promoted to the next level (at least before getting promoted to M).
