I have 8+ years of experience across retail, CPG, financial services, healthcare, and entertainment, along with an MBA from a top Canadian business school. I am currently at a base salary of ~$225k + bonus and am exploring either boutique consulting firms or industry roles with total compensation of $250K+.For those who have made a similar move, what firms, roles, or levels would be the most realistic fit? At a previous company... we were contractually obligated to have deployed (and provided 24x7 monitoring of) an AT&T Cybersecurity product suite for a managed network client, but we never deployed the solution. They paid us for the 24x7 monitoring and the software for MONTHS. When they realized it, we owed them almost $27k.
