Today I called that TOP MNC same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CG but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

Need some help figuring out where I stand in the job market and what profiles should I apply for. Here are some of the roles I play in the team:
1. Business intelligence lead: Plan and implement BI solutions for various banking, healthcare and utilities clients. Across various platforms like Qlik, Cognos, OBIEE, etc.
2. Work on deliverables when the team isn't available, and this happens more often than not because we have a small team.

Cleared interview rounds of two companies and put down my paper and now none of them have given offer letter. One of HR is sayibg they will give it on my last working day Another one is not picking up my call. Now I do not have a job in hand. Hey mates, I have an overall experience of 14 years with 6lakh CTC. Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). Nothing is changed financially but in a better role. Have got certified in GCP. I stayed here for too long because I was looking for an onshore opportunity but now luck is not favouring me in H1B lottery. Looking for your valuable suggestions!
