Bro I received offer from ltimindtree currently working with Cognizant for last 1 year, I spoke to hr about client interview, but she said not possible now, only possible after joining, when I spoke to the employees got to know most of the projects are short term i.e 4-6 months, fyi I also worked with tcs earlier, I'll not join them after knowing the facts, and also after project gets over people gp on bench, and I heard the rmg/tsc team is not much accountable.

Ask for promotion to Senior Software engineer. If you are holding any other offer you can get hike of 80-100% on top of that offer as your existing package is low.

Recently I also switched from tcs to ltimindtree with around 110% hike but required me to relocate to bangalore from delhi. I am allocated and my project already decided during interview and it look stable but work wise am bit worried.
Dude, enjoy while it lasts. A person can be removed from the project at any point of time. The usual behaviour of the management is really pathetic. You might be lucky to be in one of the 0.1% Good projects. If push comes to shove, you'll find out the true nature of the managers

Don't join, one of the worst IT companies globally. It's better to take cue from other's experience than suffer it first hand.
