Now He's working in B company & he's trying to switch the company. So he's planning to provide fake experience letter(Since employment record is there in UAN with proper exit date and PF details ) is that a good idea or any suggestion?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
