I have been trying for switch from 5 6 months. Most of companies want immediate joiners. Finally tcs called and i have cleared technical interview. In hr discussion they mentioned they will give only 25% hike. As it is first offer i thought i will accept it and then try for more offers. But today my current company manager told that i got promoted to SSE. I am confused now. Whether i should accept tcs offer and resign current organization or shd i negotiate in current cmp.

Can anyone give me reviews of epam anywhere. I am currently interviewing but not sure if is worth to join considering 50k fix while on bench.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

Have you ever taken a job you know you will hate because you needed the money right away? I have a family to take care of. I don't want to be plowing through our savings for selfish reasons like my mindframe at work, but I don't want to make our lives worse by being miserable. I'm going to accept an offer that's 150k+🎉 I'm a single filer, no kids. I'll be able to max out: 401k, HSA, but from my understanding, I will not qualify to utilize IRA? I had an offer from Company A but joined Company B last week.
Company A had sent joining kit (Mug, tea bags, notes) and Laptop a month ago and last week I received another welcome kit (t shirt, headphone etc).
Now I've been asking them to have someone pick these things up but no one has responded yet.
My friends are telling me to send just the laptop and keep other stuff, as those are trivial.

Hi guys, urgent suggestion regarding feeling overwhelmed at work

I don't know why but lately since the second wave of the pandemic has started, I have been feeling very overwhelmed at work. My manager is mostly a supportive and smart person but due to recent changes in teams his workload has also increased a bit.
