Hi all, need some advice. I have in total 12 years of work experience out of which around 4.5 as a data analyst(Tableau,SQL,Excel) Before that I was working with a telecom major in non coding roles, maily running automated scripts and coordinating with field engineers.
My current fixed pay is 25 L and CTC of 28.5 L in my hometown, working in a small size firm specialising in Salesforce analytics.
My question is , is it possible after such an experience to get a job as a data scientist.

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
