One of my friend is having 14 YOE wokring in top Service based company from last 9 years. Her current CTC is 19LPA (due to 3,4% hike each year). 

Now she is getting offer from IBM ISL with 26LPA + 2 joining bonus and 7B band. She is full stack Eng.

She don't have any offer currently, So will it be good to join IBM ISL. She know the package is low as per the exp but 3 month NP and current CTC nothing else coming good on the way. Any suggestion or guidance will relay appreciate.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary.
