3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?

Issues are
1.Manager are non technical background,they don't understand your hard work and dedication towards development as a developer.
2.Managers are giving warning to do not be away from system more then 20min otherwise they will complain to hr.
3.Manager has divided our team.they told don't come to office on the same day.
4.If you have urgency and if you ask for Work from home, in this case they will tell you apply for leave but they will not grant you for work from home.
5.There is not certification reimbursement policy here .
6.Managers are taking screenshot and proof of your mistake instead of guidance.
and so many.......
No one knows bro, this is new company in india.
Company is new still there are Micromanagement culture...
Working in KP? Micro management across all the teams?
Is micro management still happening?
