Hello all! I have scaled my way from being a medical assistant, to clinical supervisor, to my newest role as a patient service manager or 2 depts. In the next 18 - 24 months I would like to make the move to a director title within a health tech company. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to transfer from clinic to health tech?

Hey so like - newfound reason for my procrastination since I got on Ritalin - a tendency towards "putting things off so I can enjoy the hyperfocus later". When I just started taking the meds I was super effective for a few weeks but now my brain seems to be figuring out ways around the drugs 🤦🏻‍♀️ any ideas on how to not fall back into procrastination behaviours?

Usually over thinker are into depression.... Dhyan or Meditation is the only medicine in world which can cure this without impacting your health...

I have seen my close one gone through this medication will ruin your chemical balance and it may make you addictive to the same...

Has anyone had any experience with online platforms prescribing ADHD medications? I’ve seen ads for Done and wanted others input. I was diagnosed 21 years ago and have been treated by doctors every month since, so I don’t need an initial diagnosis. But my health insurance changed and my doctor is no longer covered. Has anyone felt the urge to move out of the US to another country? I know people always say the grass isnt always greener on the other side but I cant help but feel there has to be more to life than working and surviving.I feel like a hamster on a wheel most days. It just seems like in other countries people seem to actually spend time with their families and even have hobbies. They work to live not live to work. People seem happier and healthier.
