This is my first post in Fishbowl, I'm looking for some genuine guidance on below query.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

I am java backend developer. I am selected in sas r&d pune where they are converting java microservices into golang microservices. I have no idea about golang. In frontend they are using react again I have no knowledge of frontend technology. What do you guys think will it be worth to switch to golang specially when I have no experience of it? I am .net developer basically developed window and web application with the help of vb.net,c#,Asp.net MVC,html,jquery,css,bootstrap, sql server.

Yoe 6yrs not getting much calls , also if getting calls in technical not getting selected.

Where i am doing wrong i am not able to understand need your feedback, or i have to learn any new technologies.
